3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Updating your information to keep it current

4. School Registration

Schools registering for Gurukul must provide valid documentation proving their status as an educational institution. We reserve the right to verify this information and decline registration if the requirements are not met.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of our Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

9. Termination

• Non-payment of subscription fees

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gurukul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
